The terms
The term life span points, given for tents, is used to show wear and tear on the tent in question. To use, subtract 1 pt for each 3 times it is put up, 1 pt if exposed to high wind, 2 to 4 pts if exposed to rain fall. Things like hailstorms can take off whatever you like. They can be repaired in towns by a tailor or the like. For more see pg. 62 WSG
The defensive points are just hit points for all constructions. For more see pg. 109 DMG 1st
